Before becoming an agent, I worked in retail management, where I developed strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-performing teams. I hold an M.B.A. from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and am married with a daughter. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
