We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager to oversee patient treatment planning, financial coordination, and daily front office operations. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of dental insurance, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and experience.

Job Description* Treatment Planning: Reviewing dentist recommendations, creating detailed treatment plans, and presenting them to patients.
* Scheduling & Follow-ups: Proactively scheduling treatments and following up on pending or overdue appointments.
* Patient Education & Support: Explaining treatment options, answering questions, and reducing patient anxiety.
* Financing Options for patients
* Customer/ patient facing
part-time $25 - $35 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule Working Hours:
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Two to three Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (2+ years)
- Infection Control License
Infection Control License
2-5 years experience
Spanish/ Bilingual
