Sport Clips of Carbondale is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to join our high-performing team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser , a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a proven track record of success. What You’ll Do Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership Deliver outstanding customer service and coach stylists to do the same Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent Drive sales goals for both services and retail products Maintain exceptional store standards for cleanliness and brand presentation Open and close the store as needed Help build a loyal client base in the Carbondale community What We’re Looking For Previous leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred) Active Cosmetology license in the state of Illinois (required) Outgoing personality with natural leadership ability Strong sales and customer service skills Reliable, positive attitude, and availability for evenings and weekends What You’ll Earn Competitive hourly pay + service commission + retail commission Performance bonus paid every pay period Industry-leading tips— higher than any other chain salon in the area Total earning potential up to $75,000 per year Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid training and growth opportunities Store Location Sport Clips of Carbondale 1348 E.
