Social Media Manager

$20 - $30 per hour

Role Description

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes vertical content: someone who understands the platforms mechanically (not just culturally), knows how to feed the algorithm without sacrificing authenticity, and can show up consistently in a space where consistency is everything. You'll have full ownership of our social presence (TikTok, YT, IG, X) across all channels and the autonomy to build it your way.

Qualifications

2 yrs of managing Social Media channels for a brand, owning growth, and engagement
Deep understanding of how platform algorithms work and how to use that knowledge to drive real results
Strong communication skills

Requirements

Active D&D / TTRPG player or game master: speaks the community's language natively
Experience in gaming, entertainment, or community-driven brands
Video editing skills in TikTok, CapCut, AI Tools, etc.
Leveraged content scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
