About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting and executing product strategy, with a focus on modernizing the waste, recycling, and logistics industry through innovative technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product strategy and roadmap across both software and service layers, acting as the hands-on Product Manager for the core platform, and managing a small product team. Key responsibilities include defining product vision, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks, as well as partnering cross-functionally to align on product direction and execution. The role also involves driving user research, feedback loops, and data analysis to inform decisions, leading release planning, and supporting go-to-market efforts. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of owning product strategy and being hands-on in execution. Strong experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS products is essential, as is deep familiarity with agile development and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate in a player-coach capacity, possess strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills, and demonstrate a data-driven mindset with strong product intuition. Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or operationally complex industries is a bonus. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on product development and is comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
