???? 30+ Hours per Week (Includes Rotating Weekends)
???? $16–$19/hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring an Area Cleaning Supervisor to support multiple client locations across the Fort Wayne area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and values doing things the right way.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and support cleaning technicians across multiple locations
• Travel daily throughout the greater Fort Wayne area
• Inspect facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality standards
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Step in to assist with cleaning when needed
• Communicate with clients and resolve concerns professionally
• Ensure teams have the supplies and support they need to succeed
