Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients to establish a baseline and identify individualized treatment goals.
• Manage a patient caseload, providing one-on-one sessions at a rate of one patient per hour to ensure focused and thorough care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions, including manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation protocols tailored to each patient's condition.
• Create comprehensive care plans that consider the patient's specific needs, incorporating modalities such as therapeutic exercises, education, and hands-on treatments.
• Motivate clients throughout their recovery journey, establishing a rapport that fosters trust and collaboration.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including surgeons, occupational therapists, and primary care physicians to develop cohesive treatment strategies.
• Regularly assess patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans to optimize effectiveness.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise regimens and strategies for enhancing mobility and preventing future injuries.
• Maintain up-to-date records using EMR software, particularly WebPT, to ensure seamless communication and documentation of patient care.

Our orthopedic outpatient center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our dedicated team focuses on reducing pain while improving strength, range of motion, and overall physical functionality. Qualifications

• Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Licensure: A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist without any past disciplinary actions.
• Manual Therapy: Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Exercise Protocols: Demonstrated competence in developing and implementing customized exercise protocols.
• Technology Skills: Proficiency in using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to facilitate efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage varying patient caseloads while delivering high-quality care.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to execute comprehensive treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
