Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Deliver preventive and restorative dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.
• Educate parents and caregivers regarding oral health, prevention, treatment recommendations, and home care.
• Create positive dental experiences that help children develop lifelong confidence in receiving dental care.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding treatment options and patient needs.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold the highest standards of clinical quality, safety, and patient experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program.
• Active North Carolina dental license in good standing or ability to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered pediatric dentistry.
