• Shift: Friday-Sunday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Days per week: 3 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Hours/week: Approx. 40 hours

• License/Certs: Active California license required, Board Certified in Otolaryngology, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS certifications needed
• Experience: Minimum of 50 recent case logs (past 24 months)

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient Otolaryngology care in a busy hospital setting
• Manage and treat a variety of ENT cases for adult patients
• Respond to calls from Friday evening to Sunday morning (15-20 min response time)
• Support admissions and rounding for assigned and unassigned patients
• Document patient encounters using Athena or Cerner EMR systems
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure patient needs are met

What You Need:

• Active California medical license (or eligible via IMLC, not for this assignment)
• Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• Recent (within 24 months) minimum of 50 case logs
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, ABLS certifications required
• At least 2+ years of relevant ENT experience
• Strong communication and quick response skills

About the Assignment:

Join a dynamic team at a hospital with 209 beds, fully certified in stroke care, and equipped with modern EMR systems. The facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including rounding for assigned and unassigned patients. Temporary privileges are granted for the period of the assignment, with credentialing anticipated within 120-180 days.
