Locums Otolaryngology Turlock, CA (CA license) Why This Role

• CA license
• Board certified, fellowship-trained
• Clinic + call, Friday through Sunday
• 3 weekends/month recurring
• Temp privileges available
Assignment Details
• Start/end: Ongoing; 3 times/month, Monday-Monday (must work the full stretch of open dates)
• Schedule: Clinic/hospital Fri/Sat/Sun 8:00a-5:00p with 24-hour call (7a-7a) those days; beeper call, 15-20 min response
• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, inpatient and outpatient
• Volume: 0-3 seen on call; 209 beds
• Setting: Stroke certified, admissions required; ages 18 and up
• Support: In-office staff
• EMR: Athena and Cerner
• Credentialing: 120-180 days; temp privileges available
Clinical Details
• Required scope: General otolaryngology (surgical and non-surgical), endoscopic procedures (septal, sinus, bronchoscopy, flexible, rigid, laryngoscopy), tracheotomy, thyroidectomy, extended parotidectomy, radical neck surgery, facial reconstruction and surgery, complex and general head and neck
• Rounds on assigned and unassigned patients
Requirements
• Board certified in Otolaryngology
• Fellowship
• License: Active CA required (IMLC not accepted)
• BLS
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
