• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with IN address and IN Controlled Substance (CDS)
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience: Residency trained in Emergency Medicine
• Other Qualifications: CME Attestation, Case logs past 2 years

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED.
• Perform moderate sedation procedures as required.
• Collaborate with APP team (NP/PA) for patient management.
• Participate in team-based care model with strong operational support.
• Ensure timely and effective patient care in a high-acuity environment.
