Enrollment Specialist

Job Title Responsibilities Reviews submitted enrollment requests assigned via the enrollment queues. Processes according to established productivity goals while maintaining established quality goals. Takes initiative to check questions or unusual situations with management in accordance with established guidelines. Ensures thorough and timely completion of requests for additions, changes and terminations to subscriber and dependent records. Notifies the Supervisor of trends that will impact internal and external customers. Must be able to work required extra hours as dictated by business needs. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or College Degree preferred. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the health insurance industry, with a combined focus on production and quality. College degree in lieu of experience will be considered. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others and have a willingness to be a team player. Demonstrated ability to communicate via email. Familiarity with data processing and the ability to work with documented policies and procedures. Health Rules, Excel, Word, SharePoint, One Hub, Service Now and any other system that logs productivity and triages workflow. IBX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
