Overview Streamline Defense is seeking a Help Desk Representative to support the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) program from Streamline's headquarters in Tampa, FL. Streamline Defense is seeking a Help Desk Representative to support the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) program from Streamline's headquarters in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities Provide technical support for cloud-based and on-premises environments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT-related issues. Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets using ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow. Deliver incident resolution, remote desktop support, and end-user assistance guided by customer service best practices. Assist with enterprise device provisioning and maintain IT asset tracking systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or three (3) years of equivalent experience in IT support. Demonstrated experience resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets. Experience assisting with enterprise device provisioning and maintaining IT asset tracking systems. Experience with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and cloud-based IT support tools. Desired Qualifications Desirable but not required certifications include CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation Certification, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
