Pay Rate: 19.00 per hour
On site - Iowa - Des Moines, 1100 Locust Street
12 month contract
- Sort & Distribute Electronic & Paper Mail Sort through daily batch print jobs and identify proper routing of documents
- Accurately fold and stuff envelopes Route checks & other miscellaneous mail appropriate areas Type letters and re-route undeliverable mail
- Transaction Processing Manage all transactions throughout the lifecycle of a bond, including new business, cancellations, reinstatements, amendments, and related updates.
- Communicate with agents via email to deliver required documentation and respond to inquiries.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all processing activities.Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and utilize available resources to resolve issues independently.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially in ambiguous situations. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
