Job Description Job Description Welder / Fabricator (Night Shift) 2 WEEK PROJECT ONLY Pay: Up to $40/hour (based on experience & certifications) Shift: Night Shift Employment Type: Full-Time MONDAY - FRIDAY 3:30pm-12am Job Summary We are seeking skilled and dedicated Welders to support a team in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in welding and fabrication, with a commitment to safety, precision, and high-quality workmanship. This role involves complex welding tasks across construction and manufacturing projects, working with structural steel and large components in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and technical expertise are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Perform FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and SMAW (Stick Welding) on structural steel 2G & 3G welding experience Weld large beams and metal plates according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints accurately Maintain quality and safety standards at all times Work collaboratively with shop and field teams to meet production goals Qualifications & Requirements Must have - AWS D1.1 Structural Steel Welding Certificates Must have 2G, 3G welding experience is a must Experience with FCAW and SMAW welding processes Structural steel welding experience Machine shop experience preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints (required) Willingness to work night shift hours Tools & Safety Gear Candidates must provide: Basic welding tools- Grinder, hood, chipping hammer Welding sleeves Safety glasses Gloves Lace-up work bootsaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
