Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

 

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Welders to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3+ years of MIG welding experience. The successful candidates will assist in various welding projects, ensuring high-quality results and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components.
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete welding tasks.
• Assist senior welders and fabricators with projects as needed.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and work area in good condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of MIG welding experience.
• Knowledge of MIG welding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
