Saturday 8:00 am - 4:45 pm Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule salon and spa appointments promptly and accurately.
- Create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.
- Check customers in and out for their appointments.
- Provide scheduling assistance to the staff.
- Enter and maintain customer contact and service detail information.
- Keep reception area clean and organized.
- Former customer service experience.
- Cash handling and credit card processing.
- Knowledge and experience with computers.
- Detail-orientated and attentive to clients.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
