About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead the next phase of enterprise growth across its portfolio of leading home service franchise brands. This executive will be responsible for unifying and leading various functions, including marketing, customer growth, commercial services, revenue operations, and customer success, to create a scalable, high-performing consumer growth organization. The role is not traditional marketing leadership; the CRO will be tasked with architecting the systems, capabilities, and operating models that drive growth and enhance franchisee performance. Key responsibilities include developing and executing consumer growth strategy, owning the consumer growth P&L, and leading brand strategy while overseeing the complete customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will also be expected to strengthen commercial services, improve lead quality, and develop customer success capabilities that increase retention and loyalty. Applicants for the Chief Revenue Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive executive leadership experience in revenue-generating functions is required, with a proven track record in building and scaling enterprise growth organizations. The ideal candidate will have significant P&L ownership, strong financial acumen, and a deep understanding of modern revenue disciplines, including brand strategy, demand generation, and customer lifecycle management. Experience in franchise, multi-unit, or distributed operating environments, as well as a background in leading organizations through rapid growth or transformation, is highly valued. The role demands a leader with strong enterprise and cross-functional leadership skills, capable of influencing operations, finance, technology, and people functions.
