Accounting Clerk
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk for a client in Melrose Park, IL, who will be relocating to Wood Dale in September 2026. If you have solid experience in AR/AP entries, strong Excel skills, and an interest in digitalization, we want to hear from you!
Must-Haves:
- Accounts Receivable (AR) / Accounts Payable (AP) entries
- Excel experience
- Digitalization skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform AR/AP entries
- Utilize the Made to Manage System (experience very helpful!)
- Handle document scanning and digital attachments to correct accounts in the system
- Support the Accounting Manager
- Help in the transition from Melrose Park to Wood Dale facility
