Job Description Job Description Job Opening: Ranch Hand / Groundskeeper Location: Brookshire TX area Pay: $12.50HR Full-time (60 hours paid each week) We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Groundskeeper/ Ranch Hand to help maintain well-kept ranch land, hay fields, and buildings. This is an outdoor, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment and staying active. Primary Responsibilities: Mowing, weed-eating, trimming, and general landscaping Building and repairing fences Maintaining ranch equipment (tractors, trailers, tools, etc.) -- (training available) Performing basic repairs and upkeep on buildings and barns Harvesting hay and assisting with other seasonal ranch tasks Ability to use a riding lawn mower Requirements: Prior experience in landscaping or ranch work preferred Able to operate common ranch equipment like tractors or bulldozers Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical outdoor labor in varying weather Clean driving record Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Work Schedule: 8–12 hour shifts - typical work week is 45-50 working hours but paid as 60 hours each week Weekend work may be required on a rotating basis Company Description MAGNUM STAFFING is a recruiting and staffing solutions firm based in Houston, Texas, and founded in 1996.
