Labor & Employment Litigation Associate $200,000 - $265,000 per year | Los Angeles, CA | On-Site | Permanent About Us We are a national employment law firm with over 25 offices and more than 450 attorneys. Our attorneys practice before state and federal courts and administrative agencies across the US and we are looking for a Mid‑Senior Level Litigation Associate to join our team. Draft discovery, initial pleadings, motions, briefs, and take and defend depositions. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Admitted to practice in California. Proven track record in defense litigation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
