Step into Leadership as a Supervisor Inspire Excellence : Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top-performing team dedicated to outstanding kitchen operations. Lead Operations : Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. Deliver Quality : Ensure all food products meet Dash In’s exceptional standards while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with the BOH Manager on inventory, equipment maintenance, and team performance to keep everything on track. What We’re Looking For Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent. Education : High school diploma or equivalent – or interest in enrolling in our employer-paid GED completion program! Ambition : Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail. Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Physical & Mental Stamina : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and ability to use POS technology. Successful completion of background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Active ServSafe certification.
