Logan Health's Brendan House Skilled Nursing is looking for a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join their team in beautiful Kalispell, MT!

For over 40 years, Logan Health's Brendan House has provided compassionate, high-quality care in the Flathead Valley. Since opening in April 1985, it has grown into a 110-bed facility offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care servicesall with a focus on dignity, respect, and resident-centered care.

Kalispell, Montana, is located in the scenic Flathead Valley, just 30 minutes from Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, and two major ski resorts. Qualifications
- Current Montana Occupational Therapist (OT) license (or obtained before hire date)
- Graduate of an accredited OT program with ability to obtain Montana licensure within 30 days of hire
- Current BLS HCP CPR certification (as applicable)
- Knowledge of OT practices, tools, and techniques
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide occupational therapy services appropriate to patient needs
- Document care in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams on treatment goals and discharge planning
- Meet productivity standards and support departmental goals
- Participate in facility and community programs as appropriate
