Mammography Technologist | Logan Heath Mobile Coach | Hi-Line | PRN status

As a Mammography Technologist at Logan Health, you will provide diagnostic imaging services on a mobile mammography coach, ensuring patient comfort and accurate imaging while utilizing state‑of‑the‑art technology. The role may progress from a PRN position to full time. Position Summary • Mobile Mammography Coach serving the Hi‑Line region

• PRN – Scheduled As Needed with potential for full time
• X‑ray Technologists encouraged to apply; training in mammography will be provided

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology Current ARRT certification Valid Montana State Radiologic Technologist license BLS certification Mammography certification preferred; required to be obtained within six (6) months of hire Minimum one (1) year experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past thirty‑six (36) months; personal vehicle must carry state‑minimum liability insurance if used for Logan Health business Breast Sonography Qualifications ARDMS certification required One (1) year experience preferred in quality control, breast sonography, or stereotactic biopsies Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Self‑motivated with critical thinking and prioritization abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Responsibilities Identify and prepare patients for mammography exams, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort Obtain and document patient history and exam information accurately Perform mammography imaging and process images for radiologist review Complete all required documentation according to departmental protocols Explain exam results and available options to patients Perform arrival, end‑of‑day, and next‑day preparation duties per department procedures Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including stocking and inventory control Assist with quality assurance activities and accreditation preparation for ACR and FDA Participate in continuing education and professional development related to mammography Benefits and Work Environment Competitive benefits package for eligible employees Opportunities for training, career advancement, and professional development Flexible PRN schedule with possibility of full‑time transition Optional hourly differential pay for certain shifts Employee matching 401(k) plan and Employee Assistance Program Work amid Montana’s scenic regions and supportive team environment Equal Opportunity Employer Logan Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA/M‑F/Vet/Disability).
