Government Contracts Manager

Leading the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, the full-time Contracts Manager will negotiate, administer, and manage various agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal support through award, execution, modification, and closeout Draft, review, negotiate, and administer government and commercial contracts, subcontracts, and other contractual documents Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to identify contractual risks and support proposal submissions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Law, or a related field 7+ years of experience managing government contracts within the defense, aerospace, or federal technology sectors Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and common U.S. Government contract types Experience supporting proposal development, contract negotiations, and program execution NCMA certification, such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM, is a plus
