Job Description
Senior Product Manager who has shipped real AI products into production sought. Rather than someone who's simply bolted an LLM onto an existing SaaS platform, we are seeking someone who understands how these systems work and what it takes to make them reliable at scale.
\n \nYou'll join a small, highly technical AI business building agentic software for enterprise customers. Backed by an established global technology company, the team combines early-stage autonomy with access to a substantial customer base.
\n \nAs the Senior Product Manager, you'll be the first dedicated product hire, taking ownership of the roadmap from the founder and working directly with engineers on product design, technical decisions and delivery.
\n \nWhat we're looking for:
\n- \n
- 5+ years in Product Management, ideally within AI-native or B2B SaaS businesses. \n
- Experience taking core LLM or agentic AI products from concept into production. \n
- Strong understanding of AI evaluations, model behaviour, context management, latency and reliability. \n
- Experience owning a product roadmap at a Seed–Series B startup, ideally as an early product hire or founder. \n
- Comfortable prototyping with Claude Code, Cursor or similar AI development tools. \n
- Able to work directly with engineers on architecture, trade-offs and product decisions. \n
- Experience using SQL or coding agents to analyse user behaviour and product performance is a bonus. \n
The opportunity
\nThis isn't a backlog management role. As the Senior Product Manager, you'll help determine how agentic systems are designed, tested and improved in production. You'll have direct access to the founder, work with engineers who understand the technology at a deep level and see your decisions make an immediate impact on the product.

\n \nSalary: $190,000–$250,000 base + Excellent equity
\nLocation: New York City, onsite 5 days per week.
