Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Exhibit foundational hospitality by preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards and recipes
• Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Treat food and equipment with respect to align in our effort to be a faithful steward of all we have been entrusted with
• Multitask with urgency and accuracy while taking and fulfilling guest's orders while keeping the restaurant safe, clean, and stocked
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a servant's heart
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time in one or multiple positions
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Communicate kindly and effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A procedures and policies at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
