Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting in-depth counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy sessions with clients, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.

• Gathering essential patient information through interviews, case histories, and observational assessments to inform therapeutic strategies.

• Evaluating patient data to identify root causes of psychological issues and determining the most appropriate therapeutic approaches or referrals to specialists.

• Ensuring timely submission of client documentation within 24 hours post-service to maintain accurate records and continuity of care.

• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions to stay informed about new methodologies and regulatory compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, the LCSW will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing end-of-life concerns, mental health challenges, and those engaging with non-ordinary states of consciousness through practices such as psychedelics and meditation. Supporting clients through their unique journeys requires a deep understanding of their emotional and psychological needs while fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
