Job Description
George Ley Company is searching for a lead mechanic to manage our mechanic shop which repairs a variety of vehicles and construction equipment. We are looking for a leader who is task oriented and orderly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage repairs for trucks and equipment
- Diagnose diesel and hydraulic issues
- Record and shedule routine vehicle maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
