Location: Newark, CA Schedule: MondayFriday, 8 hours per day Pay Rate: $28/HR

Position Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Order Management Specialist to support a small, experienced order management team. This role will assist with order processing, reporting, data entry, issue triage, and SOX compliance activities related to customer, international partner, and internal partner orders.

The ideal candidate is early in their career and brings a high-performance mindset, strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will be organized, trainable, proactive, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a similar industry is helpful but not required. Experience using an ERP system and Salesforceor an equivalent customer relationship management systemis required, even if limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Support order processing for customer, international partner, and internal partner orders
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain order-related information
• Assist with reporting and order management activities
• Help triage and resolve order-related issues
• Support SOX compliance management and related documentation
• Collaborate with members of the order management team and internal business partners
• Provide professional communication and customer-facing support as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to team priorities

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience using an ERP system
• Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills and a self-starter mentality
• Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Experience in an ISO 13485 or GMP environment is a plus, but not required
