Vendor Coordination Specialist (Short-Term Rentals)

Premier Pads is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to manage vendor coordination across our growing portfolio of properties. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring vendors are reliable, jobs are completed on time, and all work is properly tracked. Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate vendors for maintenance, repairs, and specialty services Coordinate closely with our in-house handyman team Track and manage all work orders from start to completion Maintain and expand a strong vendor network across multiple markets Collect photos, videos, invoices, and job documentation Monitor vendor performance (response time, quality, and cost) Ensure all invoices are submitted and sent to Finance Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience in property management, operations, or coordination Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus) Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently Experience working with vendors and managing remote operations Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Details 100% Remote Full-Time Work days: Mon - Saturday (Sunday free) Work hours: 10am - 7pm Mountain Standard Time #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Pads Rentals
