What You'll Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you'll play an important role in helping keep production running safely and efficiently.
Daily Responsibilities:

\uD83D\uDD39 Operate manufacturing and production equipment
\uD83D\uDD39 Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
\uD83D\uDD39 Inspect products to ensure quality and production standards are met
\uD83D\uDD39 Assist with machine setup and basic equipment adjustments
\uD83D\uDD39 Measure materials and finished products using tape measures and other tools
\uD83D\uDD39 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
\uD83D\uDD39 Support production goals while following safety and quality procedures
\uD83D\uDD39 Cross-train throughout multiple departments to develop new skills and increase earning potential
What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, construction, landscaping, or general labor
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment
Experience using hand tools and measuring tools
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
Team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and quality

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
