As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we're striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level executive support by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring strategic prioritization of executive time and commitments.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure executives are fully prepared for business engagements.Draft, prepare, and manage executive communications, presentations, reports, agendas, correspondence, and other key business documents.Serve as a primary liaison between executives, senior leadership, internal departments, customers, and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Document meeting minutes, track action items, conduct research, support strategic initiatives, and manage special projects from planning through execution.Handle administrative responsibilities including expense reporting, document management, confidential correspondence, and support for executive and organizational priorities.QualificationsFive or more years of related professional experience, with prior experience supporting C-level executives preferred.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.Advanced organizational, project management, multitasking, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.Demonstrated integrity, discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment.What You Can Look Forward ToA highly visible role supporting executive leadership and contributing to key organizational initiatives.Opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders, business partners, and stakeholders across the organization.Involvement in strategic projects, executive communications, and high-impact business initiatives.A fast-paced environment that values initiative, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.Opportunities to expand your project management, leadership support, and business operations expertise.A collaborative culture focused on trust, service excellence, innovation, and shared success.In the Van Drunen Family of Companies, commitment to excellence is in everything we do!
