About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Agency & SI Partnerships to lead the global strategy and development of its partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth, as the partner network is a key lever for customer engagement and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and governing the agency and SI practice, setting high standards for partner relationships, and ensuring the quality of partner-delivered work. This is a true ownership role that requires a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem, particularly in the MarTech or adjacent SaaS space, and a proven track record in managing executive-level relationships with global SIs and agency holding companies. Candidates for this role should have at least 15 years' experience in partner sales, alliances, or consulting/SI ecosystem roles within B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for those with a background in MarTech. The role demands a leader who can drive high performance, forge collaborative relationships, and communicate with impact. The ideal candidate will have a history of co-developing market-making solutions with partners and be comfortable operating as a global function, leading through influence, and working closely with regional partner sales teams. A key aspect of the role is the ability to create and manage a partner certification and enablement program, ensuring that partners are equipped to deliver the company's solutions effectively. The AVP will also be responsible for pipeline and performance visibility, using various tools to track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced outcomes.
