Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Leasing Agent to join their client's dynamic team in California. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective tenants by providing property tours and showcasing available units.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain effective communication with potential renters.
- Process rental applications and ensure timely follow-up on all leasing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing transactions and tenant interactions.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and property offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in leasing or real estate is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Required Work Hours:
This position requires availability from Monday to Friday during first shift hours.
