Registered Nurse In Intensive Care UnitJob Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Compact or state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI required Description: The RN will work in an Intensive Care Unit. Candidates must possess core clinical skills and competencies typical in an ICU setting. Upon acceptance, there may be an expectation to stay at the facility during emergency events or to be part of the relief team. Specific pay details for emergency events will be communicated as they arise. Travelers should not apply if they are uncomfortable with emergency response expectations. Experience with electronic charting systems is required. Two manager or supervisor references will be required to obtain clearance to start the contract. NURSYS reports must be sent with the profile and should be up to date. Charge nurses are not acceptable for this position.
