Machine Operator - 2nd or 3rd Shift

Full Time
2nd Shift (Mon. to Fri. from 2:45p-11p)
3rd Shift (Sun. to Thurs. from 10:45p-7a)
$22 - $24/Hr starting pay, based on machine operating experience
Performance based pay raise and Bonus program eligibility after 1st 90 days

Required Skills:
Several years of Machine Operator experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Able to properly use and read a tape measure and micrometers
Good with Computers and Technology
Excellent Attendance
Effective Team Player
Willingness to learn and complete our training program successfully
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
- Operate various flexible packaging manufacturing machines. (Laminator, Slitter)
- Perform machine adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain department cleanliness.
- Follow all machine safety guidelines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Follow all job and work instructions.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Work in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to lift and ensure proper handling of items up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the physical dexterity to bend, stand, flex, and reach as the position dictates.
