Nukleas is a technology company with a mission to transform and build the foundational Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for America’s Defense Industrial Base. Nukleas provides a unified procurement readiness platform delivering mission-critical operational systems for contractors to meet cybersecurity, accounting, supply chain, and all other DFARS post-award regulatory requirements at low cost and effort.

The role

We are seeking a VP of Marketing to own, build, and scale the Nukleas revenue engine to power our go-to-market motion. You will lead the strategic vision and end-to-end operational execution as an operator who can quickly get up to speed, raise the bar on execution, and start producing measurable pipeline and brand impact.

You will own and build our marketing technology stack, utilizing AI technology to ship and/or integrate industry-leading marketing technology including CRM integrations, lead tracking, routing, attribution, and data hygiene, etc. You will spend most of your first few months building foundational marketing systems that don't yet exist.

You will be a strategic partner to our Sales, Product, Engineering, and the Executive Leadership Team, translating the Nukleas platform into narratives resonating with the C-Suite of America’s Industrial base and converting into a measurable pipeline.

The expectation is for someone who is willing to work from our office in New York City, NY, though we will consider exceptional remote candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success managing integrated campaigns, content strategy, and project execution across multiple channels in a fast paced environment.
• Experience building infrastructure (with or without engineering support) in an early-stage or rapidly evolving environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Direct experience within the Defense, Aerospace, Government, or Industrial Technology sectors.
