Construction Accountant for Real Estate Development
International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
Overton Moore Properties in Torrance, CA seeks a Construction Accountant to join our accounting team. You will work closely with development, construction, and finance on a broad project pipeline, reporting to the Controller in our Torrance office. The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years in construction or real estate development accounting, and strong GAAP knowledge. Expect exposure to draws, budgets, audits, and lender reporting as part of a fast-paced, team-driven #J-18808-Ljbffr International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
