Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:30 PM - 11:30 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with local leadership and/or public emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor for theft, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and/or policy violations, and report concerns while supporting access control and other security-related duties at the location. Assist with de-escalation during customer and/or employee incidents, provide visible presence in high-traffic areas, and follow post orders for opening, closing, and after-hours patrol activity. Minimum Requirements: Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree. Possess an Armed Guard Card/License. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
