Job Title: Team Lead - Customer Service 
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries on the first interaction, and educate customers on banking products and services. The role also involves upselling/cross‐selling opportunities while ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls professionally in English
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently during the first call
• Educate customers on products/services; upsell & cross‐sell where appropriate
• Update customer information accurately in internal systems
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills with strong data entry ability
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures
