Project Leader, Team Administrator, and Interdepartmental Liaison

This role supports the mission to Share Christ – Love People by serving as a project leader, team administrator, and interdepartmental liaison by managing and overseeing projects, tasks, or deliverables, which includes planning, scheduling, executing, controlling, and closing. This position also facilitates and participates in the analysis of processes impacted by a project.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate digital advertising deliverables and other digital marketing projects by monitoring and prioritizing workflow
• Identify potential risks and assigning tasks with project management system
• Analyze and identify gaps in deliverable and implement plan to keep projects on schedule
• Facilitate meetings, communicate information updates, and document progress
• Gather and interpret incoming information/requests to collaborate with department staff in developing project and campaign
• Document all project requirements to ensure successful project completion
• Work with Social, Advertising and New Names teams in meetings, project tracking, follow up, and suggestions
• Serve as liaison between digital advertising creative & media buying vendors
• Manage relationship, timeline and budget of vendors
• Provide weekly feedback to management on the performance of the team, including data for weekly reports

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience managing projects, preferably in Marketing setting or digital advertising
• Knowledge of creative/production workflow
• Knowledge of project management software
• Knowledge of digital advertising, web content, social media, or marketing
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, coordinating and implementing
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Critical and Analytical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work and anticipate project risks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and promote team unity
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
