Warehouse Supervisor

Job description:

Our client in Spring Lake Park, MN is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse associates and support efficient daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-supported team in the North Metro and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $70K-$80K/Year (DOE) + 10% Bonus + 10K Sign-up bonus

Shift: 5PM to 5AM Wednesday - Saturday (every other Saturday off) or 5PM to 5AM Sunday - Wednesday (every other Wednesday off).

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflow and on-time order fulfillment.
• Train, schedule, and support warehouse staff while fostering a productive team environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, allocate storage space efficiently, and implement measures to minimize product loss.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet customer deadlines and productivity goals.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• Food Industry/Distribution experience desired.
• Safety Oriented .
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• HS Diploma (College Degree Preferred)
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in related field
• Organization and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to make consistent, level headed decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Union Management experience (It's a plus)
