You will cultivate meaningful relationships with customers, identify their insurance and financial needs, and act as a trusted advisor. Your proactive approach will help grow our agency by marketing relevant products and services tailored to our clients. If you are personable, sales-driven, and community-focused, you will thrive in this role. Responsibilities Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to increase retention and agency growth. Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to clients. Address and resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Utilize your knowledge of State Farm’s insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients. Prospect new clients through calling, networking, and follow-up on leads. Actively work and manage leads provided by the agency to convert them into customers. Represent the agency at community events, fairs, and other outreach opportunities to promote products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and building rapport with diverse clients. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
