Senior Salesforce Developer

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations. This hybrid role requires collaboration with program offices to gather business requirements and deliver secure, high-performance enterprise system integrations using Copado CI/CD release management tools. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Build declarative and programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, Bulk API, and Metadata API.
• Manage Salesforce DevOps and release processes using Copado and Git-based version control.
• Translate business requirements into technical design specifications and architectural solutions.
• Develop and execute automated unit tests to ensure code quality and support regression testing.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Identify technical gaps and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions to meet performance and security standards.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in full lifecycle Salesforce application development including Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, and Security/Permission Sets.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API 2.0, and Metadata API.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management using Copado and Git.
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments.

• Salesforce Platform Developer (PD1 or PD2) or Administrator certifications.
• Experience designing system landscapes and defining technical architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Candidate must accept absence policies requiring prior approval for absences longer than two weeks.
• Candidate must be able to interview onsite and comply with hybrid work model requirements.

• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote per week.
• Work location requires proximity or willingness to relocate within one hour of the client site.
