What You'll Do

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical functioning and wound care needs
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized plans of care following all clinical standards
• Administer manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as necessary
• Document all services and patient outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Supervise and support rehabilitation aides, students, and assistants
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences

What You Need

• Valid Oklahoma Physical Therapy license and CPR/BLS certification
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably LTC or rehab
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adhere to all professional practice acts, ethics, and organizational policies
