Overview


Join a growing team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk supporting daily collections, payment processing, and customer account management. This onsite role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial data while providing excellent customer service. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity replacing a full-time employee.

Job Description

• Monitor and manage delinquent customer accounts and past-due balances.
• Review and respond to delinquency-related emails.
• Process returned checks and maintain accurate account records.
• Run daily reports to identify customer accounts that require credit holds or releases based on payment status.
• Report delinquent accounts to state agencies when required.
• ssist with daily deposit processing and payment posting.
• Monitor the customer pickup queue to ensure timely service.
• Provide reception desk coverage during scheduled breaks and employee absences.
• Maintain accurate records while following company policies and procedures.
• Deliver professional customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Required Skills

• Previous accounts receivable, accounting, or collections experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• SAP experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education Requirements
