Lead Construction Superintendent Job Summary: Lead construction superintendent for ground‑up projects valued $30M+ located in Wilmington, focused on $300M commercial construction. No travel required. Responsibilities: Oversee all site construction activities on large commercial projects. Manage crew, ensure adherence to schedules, cost controls, quality and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects and subcontractors. Administer project close‑out and site hand‑over. Requirements: 5+ years of construction field supervision experience. Experience with ground‑up commercial construction projects. Experience on projects valued $20M+. Benefits: Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year. Competitive bonus package.
