Commercial Cleaning Role for Professionals Who Take Pride in Their Work

We are not a revolving-door cleaning company. 
We value reliability, recognize strong performance quickly, and work hard to build a solid team culture. 
We maintain long-term contracts with apartment communities across the St. Louis metro area, providing steady year-round work. 

Pay: Starts at $18/hour + performance-based raises twice per year Reliable
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: Multiple properties across the St. Louis metro area 

Start at $18/hour with a clear path to earn more. Strong performers receive a $1/hour raise at 90 days , with additional performance-based raises 2x per year after that. 

Raises are based on your reliability, quality of work, and contribution—not tenure . If you show up consistently, work hard, and take pride in what you do, your pay will reflect it. 

What You’ll Do 

• Clean common areas in apartment communities (hallways, offices, laundry rooms)
• Deep clean vacant apartments for new residents (turn cleans)
• Follow clear cleaning checklists and company standards 
• Work independently and as part of a small team

Requirements 

• Valid driver’s license 
• Personal vehicle with current license plates and insurance 
• Comfortable working across multiple job sites in the metro area 
• Ability to pass background screening
