This role involves managing employee questions, benefits invoicing, and supporting various HRIS and payroll processes within a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong benefits background and at least five years of relevant experience, ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee benefits questions, invoicing, and eligibility research through inbox management
• Support benefits administration projects, including Open Enrollment, RFP processes, and new broker setups
• Aid in processing 401(k) changes, HRIS to payroll file coordination, and manual benefit setups
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to resolve benefits system disconnects and invoicing discrepancies
• Support Leave of Absence (LOA) and FMLA processes and understanding of their interactions with employee leave policies
• Contribute to benefits-related projects and day-to-day administrative tasks in a hybrid environment

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, invoicing, and systems research
• Experience supporting LOA, FMLA, and benefits projects; proficient with Excel and manual administrative processes

• Employment Type: Contract (4-6 months)
• Compensation: $30 – $40 hourly
